Great Cats for Great Homes

Pepper is an indoor cat currently. She is super friendly, she is sweet, she is litter box trained, she has no behavioral issues. She gets along with other cats. It took her one day to get used to my current cat. She has not lived with a dog. I think she would adjust to living with a dog once she figured out the dog was friendly.

She hasn't lived with kids. Peppers was a stray and I am trying to find a home for her. She has been living in my house until I can find her her best forever home. I took her to the vet on May 15th and had a normal exam and blood work tests done. She tested positive for FIV, Negative for FeLV (leukemia).  She has recently been spayed.   

She would make someone very happy. She is loving, and friendly. She loves to play with string. She is respectful of my house and my furniture. She uses a cardboard scratch box. unfortunately, I cannot keep her because I have a roommate who is moving and her cat has had FIP, and is currently in remission after months of shots. (I cannot risk Pepper biting her cat although she has never showed signs of aggression towards my current cat.)  She gets along well with cats, she is docile. It just is a risk my roommate can't take with her cat who has recently gone through with treatment for FIP. If I didn't have another cat at risk I would keep her.  Pepper is indoor only.  Her adoption fee is $50.
