Great Cats for Great Homes

Wilson and Lynch are two very bonded brothers that are about 7 months old now.  They are inside-only kitties but given an open window on a sunny day they love to watch what is happening just beyond the thickness of a screen.  Wilson is my lap cat – he will pick one of us to bestow his warm and petable body on as we settle on the couch.  He squirms upside down to find JUST THE RIGHT angle for a cat nap and for as long as the lap stays quiet he snuggles contentedly.  Wilson has black tabby swirls mixed with white and tan – a very handsome kitten who will make a beautiful adult cat.

Lynch is the explorer and perhaps just a little shy at first as he investigates all the new sounds – from a coffee grinder to a train horn in the distance.  He hears it all.   Lynch has soft gray tabby markings and a stark white tummy, legs and boots.  He interacts with flying bird toys and both kitties think the laser light game is the best!  Lynch is soft and gentle, he has a quiet purr and loves to be petted and stroked.  He is not a lap cat (yet) but his potential is huge.

The brothers tolerate my very sweet and cat-savvy dog but they have not grown close to her or slept with her.  The home they came from as babies had a very mean and angry dog so perhaps “no dog at all” would be the best environment for them.  They have never been around children and will be wonderful pets for an adult couple or a senior or single looking for interactive furry companions.

They are easy keepers, preferring quality dry food but they *really* love a treat of baked chicken or deli turkey.  Need to win their hearts?  Well,  as a hint, they made quick work of baked Salmon tidbits left over from our dinner.  Not much, just a wee taste or two – you could almost hear them saying “Um, Um, Good!”

As to litter box and scratching manners, these boys come with a new small cat tree, scratching post and special toy to help them feel comfortable in their new home.  Lynch and Wilson are neutered, vaccinated and healthy.  They come with a free vet exam, 30-days of insurance, a microchip registered to you at no charge and the promise of unconditional love.  The adoption fee for the two is $180.
